Any event can become a hybrid event. A common misconception is that you will lower in person attendance by offering online access. You may lose a small percentage but will gain a lot more virtually.
Not all of your event needs to be hybrid. Most people go to events for the networking opportunities. That said keynote presenters or other important information sessions can be offered as a virtual option for those that can’t take the time or expense to travel to your event.

Location Production
Simply streaming the feed of the stage from your event seldomly works well. Your AV production crew is focused on making your in-person event a success. A virtual audience requires a uniquely separate program. Often the online audience is treated as an after thought for the inhouse crew. We produce a stream with unique content to the viewers and when appropriate, working with your AV team, we take the live content when its appropriate for the home audience. Your online event can also be separated into sessions with unique links that viewers can choose to attend. The entire event does not need to be streamed.
